Goyal is also the Ex-Vice-Chancellor of The M. S. University of Baroda, Ex-Chairman, Central Regional Committee, Bhopal, Executive Member, AICTE, New Delhi,Ex- Director (Pharmacology) SPP SPTM, NMIMS, Mumbai.He has a Teaching Experience of 36 years, including 18 years as Professor& 12.5 years as Associate Professor. Prof. Ramesh K. Goyal has served as Ph. D Guide in Seven Universities, guided 159 M. Pharm. and 40Ph. D. students. The Pharmacy Teacher of the Year Award (2004) was conferred to him by APTI at Vishakhapatnam.He has over 600 publications including 278 full papers and 17 Books and 28 book Chapters. Also he has to his credit 60 Awards in research at, 7 patents filed, three awarded.
