Dr. Pratima Tatke is Principal & Professor at C.U. Shah College of Pharmacy, S.N.D.T. Women's University. She has > 32 years of teaching experience, 27 years of research experience and 2 years of Industrial experience.
Dr. Tatke is actively involved in research activities. She has guided 12 Ph.D. students and > 50 M. Pharm. students and presently guiding 07 Ph.D. students and 06 M. Pharm. students.

- Dr.(Mrs.) Manjusree Pal Memorial Award for BEST PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENTIST 2011 given by Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India (APTI) at APTI 2011 National Convention held at Moga, Punjab in October 2011.
- Bharat Shiksha Ratan Award 2011 given by Global Society for Health & Education Growth, New Delhi in August 2011.
- 'International award of Excellence' in the field of Pharmaceutical sciences at International Conference on Ayurveda and Holistic Healing, held in Malaysia in Jan 2008.
- 'Talented Scientist Award' at International seminar on Medicinal Plants and Herbal Products held at Tirupati, A.P in March 2008.
- Guided Research work won Many Prizes at Avishkar and Anveshan research Competitions at State, Zonal and National level.
- She has 84 research publications to her credit and has presented more than 130 research papers in various national and international conferences.
- She has filed 8 Indian patents (4 granted) , 1 US patent (granted).
- She has visited many countries such as Australia, Italy, Egypt, US, Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany, Austria to present research papers, to deliver invited talks.
- She has received various Research Grants from AICTE, ICMR, UGC, Dept. of AYUSH, CSIR and Pharma Industries more than Rs. 1.50 crores.
- She is on the panel of board of various universities (Mumbai Univ., NMIMS, SPPU, North Maharshtra Univ.) for evaluating M. Pharm. and Ph.D. theses.
- She has delivered many lectures as 'Guest Speaker' in national and international conferences / symposia/ workshops.
- Dr. Tatke is member of Reviewer board of Three reputed journals-Journal of Ayurved and Integrative Medicine (JAIM), Elvier Publication, Indian Drugs, Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and has reviewed many manuscripts of variuos peer reviewed international and national journals.

- Area of research:Bioactivity guided Extraction and isolation of Phytoconstittuents from medicinal plants for diabetes, prediabetes, periodontal and GI disorders, anti aging, wound healing activity, Herbal Drug Technology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Phytochemistry.
